We are an approved Investment Partner of the Homes and Communities Agency and can bid for grant monies directly from their National Affordable Housing Programme. Notable schemes we have completed to date include key worker accommodation which was developed in conjunction with United Lincolnshire Hospitals and the Progress Housing Group.These provide a mix of new build and refurbished apartments and houses which have delivered accommodation for over 800 people over four different sites.
