School Road, Sale is a mixed use town centre scheme comprising of ground floor retail which include a supermarket and smaller units for localised retailers, 120 car parking spaces on the upper floors and stylish city centre style apartments which are provided to Code Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Like most of our schemes there was an absolute emphasis on quality of interior design and we employed the services specifically of both an architect and separate interior designer to get the look just right.
As well as providing interiors at the cutting edge of interior design the scheme also included new technology such as air source heat pumps and solar water heating to provide the most environmentally efficient apartments in that locality.
Designed in an open plan arrangement to minimise internal corridor space and maximise the available daylight the apartments also included high quality movable partitions to offer maximum flexibility for the occupiers. Like all our schemes this proved very popular with all the apartments being sold off plan to owner occupiers.
