The Millrace is a mixed use development of stylish and chic apartments which raise the bar in terms of interior design in Lancaster. Sited on the banks of the Lune Estuary in the heart of Lancaster the development formed a key part of the regeneration of this area of the city improving the whole area of the waterfront.
The contemporary style apartment interiors contrast with the traditional stone façades which reflect the warehouses and merchants accommodation that once occupied the site on this historic waterfront. All the apartments have balcony views across the river estuary and the historic cityscape.
